Tarkov-Market.com ("Tarkov-Market", "the Service", "we", "us") is a project created and maintained by a single developer — ggDiam.

By using Tarkov-Market.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Tarkov-Market provides free and paid tools for players of Escape from Tarkov, including but not limited to: a flea market price tracker, interactive maps, calculators, weapon builder, quest tracker, crafts and barters listings, and the Tarkov-Pilot companion tool.

2. Tarkov-Pilot

Tarkov-Pilot is a desktop companion application that displays the player's position on Tarkov-Market interactive maps in real time. The application is fully open source.

How Tarkov-Pilot works:

It only reads game screenshots and log files to determine coordinates and the current map.
It does not interact with the game process directly — no code injection, no memory reading.
It is not a cheat and does not provide any in-game advantage that would be impossible without it.

There is also Pilot Script — a lightweight script that monitors the game screenshots folder and automatically uploads screenshot file names to the website for coordinate detection. The script does not read file contents — only their names.

3. Accounts

You may use most features of the Service without an account. To access certain features (such as progress tracking and Pro subscriptions), you can create an account by signing in with Discord.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Tarkov-Market offers optional paid Pro subscriptions that unlock additional features. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee). Subscription terms and refund policies are governed by the respective payment provider's terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service without permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and branding of Tarkov-Market are owned by the developer (ggDiam).

"Escape from Tarkov", "Tarkov", and related content are trademarks and copyrights of Battlestate Games. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Battlestate Games.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Tarkov-Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the integrity of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
